CreditWipe is a self-help software platform that helps you analyze your consumer credit reports and automatically prepare dispute letters, security-freeze/opt-out requests, and CFPB complaint narratives. CreditWipe is NOT a credit repair organization, a law firm, or a provider of legal advice.
The '14-day' timeframe and any score or deletion figures are goals and estimates only. Outcomes depend on the bureaus, furnishers, and the accuracy of your data. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific deletion, score increase, or outcome.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, signing, mailing/submitting, and monitoring every document the platform prepares. You agree to dispute only information you believe to be inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable, and never to submit false statements to any bureau or the CFPB.
Once filings are prepared and dispatched by you, CreditWipe assumes no liability whatsoever for the credit deletion process, its timing, or its results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreditWipe and its operators are released from any and all liability arising from the use of prepared documents, the actions of any credit bureau, furnisher, or agency, and any downstream credit, financial, or legal consequence.
You may cancel your membership within three (3) business days of enrollment for a full refund, and may cancel recurring billing at any time thereafter.
You entrust us with sensitive personal information. We process it solely to provide the service and retain it only as long as needed. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
